2002 Shiraz
This 2002 McLaren Vale Shiraz displays opulent aromas of cloves, aniseed, blueberries and roasted almonds. These flavours are seamlessly integrated on the beautifully balanced palate, which is also exquisitely underpinned by deliciously lingering tannins.
2002 Petit Verdot Cabernet
Brooding blood plum and liquorice flavours are further enhanced on the palate by beetroot and cashew flavours. This beautifully textured wine perfectly captures the beguiling personality and charm of Petit Verdot.
2004 Tempranillo
This wine exhibits invigoration aromas of truffles, bay leaves and violets, whilst the savoury palate is intricately enhanced by lush ripe dark cherry flavours. The acid backbone morphs effortlessly into a fine grained tannin finish.
2002 Grenache Tempranillo
This wine displays hedonistic aromas of liquorice, boysenberries and cinnamon. The texture and mouth feel of Grenache and Tempranillo are sublime and culminate in a deliciously lingering finish. Matured in French oak barrels for three years, this wine is drinking well now but will develop further with 2-4 years cellaring.
